If your order is marked "delivered" but you haven't received it, here are some tips:

• Look around to see if the driver decided to hide the package.
• Check if someone else may have accepted the delivery.
• Verify that you entered the right shipping address.
• Look for a notice of attempted delivery.
• Look for a slip notifying you of an attempted delivery.
• Check inside your mailbox, or wherever you receive mail.
• If are certain the package is lost, please contact us so we can investigate the matter and find a solution.

If you want to change your order, please note that we cannot add any items to an existing order. If your order has not yet shipped, we recommend cancelling the order and then re-ordering with the new item(s) included. If your order has already left our facility, you will have to place a brand-new order to get those additional item(s).

Our instructional video gives a great overview on the entire process of performing a wedding. We've also laid out the basic preparation steps below:

1. Get ordained.
2. Contact the marriage office where the couple plans to get their marriage license. Inform them that you are a licensed minister and ask what documents you will be required to present with the marriage license application. More information can be found on our Wedding Laws page.

You'll likely be required to present one (or both) of the below items. Be advised, too, that several states have their own special registration paperwork. Before placing your order, please check if the state where you will be performing the wedding requires special paperwork. Any state-specific documents you might need are available in our State Weddings.

3. Log in using the email address and password you entered when becoming ordained. Navigate to the Minister Store page, where you will find any documents or materials you might need. The two most requested items include the Credential of Ministry and the Official Letter of Good Standing.

Click the button below that says "Get Ordained." Fill out the form, double-checking that all your information is correct. Once you receive a confirmation email, you'll officially be ordained! You can view your ordination record, edit your information, and more by logging in to your account and navigating to the "My Account" tab

Get Ordained

Becoming a minister brings with it many benefits. Once ordained, you can:

• Perform legal wedding ceremonies all across the U.S.
• Perform baptisms
• Preside over funerals and memorial services
• Perform house blessings and hand-fasting ceremonies
• Start your own ministry

Keep in mind that your membership, license, and credentials never expire. They are valid for life you will never be charged a renewal fee

Your ordinations are completely legal, and are recognized across the United States. Upon applying for ordination, the applicant is deputized as a member of the ULC clergy. Your ordination credential, card-sized credential, and Letter of Good Standing can all serve as legal proof of your ordination. Note: they must include your full legal name.

An important aspect of the ULC mission is to ensure that everyone may enjoy the right and statutory privilege given to members of the clergy, irrespective of their faith or lack thereof.

The ULC is incorporated as an active non-profit church in Washington state. To view a record of our incorporation, please visit the Washington Secretary of State's website.

To place an order, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Click on the Minister Store tab.
3. Browse the catalog using the categories on the left, or the search function at the top to find what you're looking for.
4. After selecting an item, scroll down to the bottom, fill out the required information, and click "Add to Cart".
5. Double-check that your cart contains all the items you need and then hit "Proceed to Check Out". If you need to add more items, click the "Shop More" button.
6. Verify your shipping/billing information, select a shipping speed, then hit "Proceed to Payment".
7. Input your payment information and review your order summary. When you're ready, click "Place Your Order".
8. If the order was processed successfully, the order details will then be displayed along with an order number. If the order did not process for some reason, look for an error message at the top of the page and try again.

No. Your ordination is valid for life and there are no renewal fees.

It's free to get ordained. If you require official documents or ministry supplies, they can be purchased from our online catalog.

Please be aware that we do not allow titles on ordination certificates and you are required to use your legal name on documents you submit to local authorities. As a general rule, no. There are some rare exceptions. You are welcome to contact your local city or county clerk's office or consult our State Marriage Laws database to learn more.

You can accept or decline any request to perform a wedding for any reason. Whether ULC or not, no minister in the United States is obligated to perform ceremonies against their conscience.

Our ordinations are not tethered to individual states. Though we ask your state of residence when you become ordained, you are a recognized minister across the country.

Most states allow out-of-state-ministers to officiate weddings, though there are a few exceptions. For more information on specific state requirements, please consult our State Marriage Laws page. We also advise contacting the city/county clerk in the locality where the ceremony will take place to double-check.

You can send a check or money order. The process may take additional time since we would need to receive the mail first, then fill the order and send it back. Orders can also be delayed if there are insufficient funds or missing essential information in you request. To properly send a mail order, please visit the Mail Orders page.

To check the status of your order, log in to your account and click My Account. Then click View Past Orders. Not all orders are assigned tracking numbers. If you are curious about the estimated delivery time of your order and don’t see any tracking info, you are welcome to contact us.

Estimated Delivery Times: The standard delivery time for any domestic order from our online store is 3-10 business days, though USPS does not guarantee a specific delivery date. It is shipped out of our fulfillment department located in Seattle, WA. Please note that orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii may take an additional day. Keep in mind we do not fill orders same day. They are filled and shipped the following business day. If you selected one of our rush delivery options, FedEx 2-Day is 2-3 days, and FedEx Overnight is 1-2 days.
