Children's Hospital Foundation

The Children’s Hospital Foundation has raised millions of dollars for children’s medical care since its 1967 founding. With donations from corporations, individuals, and other charities, the Children’s Hospital Foundation is proud to be able to provide care for children and families who otherwise would not be able to afford medical care.

Lambert House

Lambert House is both a safe space and a place of personal empowerment for gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, and questioning youths in Seattle and King County aged 10-22.

National Autism Association

The National Autism Association is a nonprofit dedicated to improving the lives of those with autism. They raise money for research to improve our understanding of autism, develop resources for parents to spot early signs of the condition, and train first responders in how to provide better care to those with autism.

New Beginnings

New Beginnings provides resources and support for domestic violence victims in the Seattle area. They help 10,000 domestic violence survivors each year, and also help spread awareness about domestic violence resources and prevention via community outreach and education programs.

NCADV

The National Coalition Against Domestic Violence (NCADV) provides tools for domestic violence survivors to escape abuse, as well as support for women and children’s shelters nationwide. They also advocate for survivors on a political level, supporting legislation and policies that will help curb domestic violence, as well as community education and outreach.

Leukemia and Lymphoma Society

The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) leads the charge in the battle against blood cancer. Founded in 1949, LLS’s goal is to cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease and myeloma, and provide better care for patients. They’ve invested $1.3 billion towards groundbreaking, revolutionary research to finally eradicate blood cancers.

Real Change

Real Change is a nonprofit that gives low-income individuals a voice in their community while also taking on the racial and social injustices that exist in our economic system.

Lifelong

Lifelong is a Seattle organization that advocates for those living with HIV and other chronic illnesses. From medical care to food and housing, Lifelong fights for marginalized communities battling both illness and injustice.

Northwest Education Access

Northwest Education Access uses mentorship, financial support, and personal empowerment to assist low-income and marginalized students achieve their dream of higher education.

UNCF

UNCF believes in a world where all Americans have equal access to higher education. Using their robust national network of member institutions, the United Negro College Fund is dedicated to increasing the amount of African American college students and graduates.

St. John the Almsgiver Society

Founded in 1988 by the Greek Orthodox Church of the Assumption in Seattle, WA, the St. John the Almsgiver Society provides food, shelter, and other important items and services to homeless men in the Seattle area.

YouthCare

YouthCare is dedicated to ending homelessness in the Seattle area and beyond. With a focus on safety, dignity, and equity, they seek to both help young people currently experiencing homelessness as well as prevent it early.

Chad's Legacy Project

Chad’s Legacy Project (CLP) works to reduce the stigma around mental health and increase access to mental health resources. With a focus on proactive care and mental health literacy, CLP helps those diagnosed with a mental health illness get the care they need.

Rainier Scholars

Using a 12-year model focused on student success, leadership development, and personal support, Rainier Scholars has been providing educational support to low-income students of color since 2000.

Fortune Society

The Fortune Society builds people, not prisons. The Fortune Society’s goal is to help those who’ve been incarcerated successfully reenter society, as well as to reform criminal justice by advocating for alternatives to incarceration and curbing harsh sentencing.

Operation Sack Lunch

Operation Sack Lunch (OSL) is a leader in the fight against hunger in the Seattle area. OSL provides 7,500 nutritious meals to shelters in the Seattle area every single day, and advocates for equity in food systems in their community and beyond.

SETAC

Based in Mexico’s Jalisco region, SETAC is an LGBTQ organization that seeks to eradicate sexually transmitted diseases like HIV. ULC specifically supports SETAC’s “DONA Leche” program, which provides formula to HIV-positive mothers and their babies.

Goodwin Connections

Goodwin Connections is a Seattle-area nonprofit that helps low-income families get access to preschool and childcare services, so that parents can pursue higher education and provide a better future for themselves and their children.

Children's Shelter of Hope

The Children’s Shelter of Hope Foundation assists underprivileged children in the Bay of Banderas region of Mexico. From shelter to education to proper childcare, they help build a brighter future for children and families.

USO

The United Service Organization is the leader in charitable assistance to active-duty military and their families. From their well-known entertainment programs to support given to spouses for the eventual transition back to civilian life, the USO is committed to supporting and lifting up service members at every point of their military career.

Pasitos De Luz

Based out of the Banderas Bay, Mexico area, Pasitos de Luz supports single mothers with limited financial resources who have a child with a disability. Providing support for 130 families, they offer services like education, daycare, and meals free of charge in a supportive, uplifting environment.

Brother's Brother Foundation

Brother's Brother Foundation has helped provide medical, education, and disaster relief resources worldwide since 1958. ULC has specifically supported Brother’s Brother Foundation’s hurricane relief programs to help devastated communities recover from natural disasters.

United Way of Genesee County

United Way of Genesee County assists the Flint, Michigan area in several ways. ULC has specifically donated towards their Flint Water Fund, which helps Flint residents get access to safe drinking water by distributing bottled water and water filtration devices, as well as assisting children exposed to lead poisoning get proper medical care.
