Ordinations
The images conjured when one thinks of ordained ministers of conventional religious organizations are hardly ones that people would describe as interesting or exciting. The Universal Life Church Monastery minister should not be seen in the same way, because he or she can literally be anyone. Men and women from around the globe are all equal in the eyes of the ULC Monastery, and all are invited to answer the call to become legally ordained.
The Universal Life Church ordination is non-denominational. The ULC Monastery does not believe that individuals should narrow their spirituality to squeeze into the narrow confines of one set of religious beliefs. The ULC ordination is about more than dogma or rituals or the other forms of bureaucracy that plague conventional religions. To the ULC, a person's beliefs must be dictated by them and them alone. By incorporating men and women from across the globe who adhere to this concept of personal religious freedom, the ULC Monastery hopes to truly become "universal".

Our ordinations are fast, free, and legally recognized by most states and counties in the United States. Once you become a pastor, you will be able to perform wedding, baptismal, and burial ceremonies as an official of the ULC Monastery. Ministers of the ULC Monastery find that the couples they bind in holy matrimony - be they relatives, friends, or even strangers - greatly appreciate the intimate and meaningful ceremonies they perform.
Our ministers also have the ability to utilize the numerous other services we provide, like a popular blog, an energetic forum, and our social network.
